●The HPG series uses the oil static pressure bearings, with a very rigid design for the precision grinding wheel spindles, to isolate the machine head from the effects of heat and vibration. Extremely precise, smooth rotation is the result.
●Variation in the main spindle is limited to 3 microns or less, allowing the machine to maintain a consistently high precision while processing workpieces.
●The air-cooling system keeps the lubricating oil used in the table bearings at room temperature, effectively halting variations due to changes in temperature. This continuously stable rotation allows these series of machines to be used in a wide variety of projects, even for heavy grinding.
