●Use
of the super precision pneumatic static pressure bearing on the wheel
spindle allows grinding within 1μmeter of parallel and dead
flat on optical glass, and within approximately 1.5μmeter
at Rmax. Polishing with this level of precision produces high quality
products, which reduce the total processing time.
●Just by
putting a workpiece in place and pressing the automatic operation button,
the whole processing cycle (rapid swing downward, rough grinding, fine
grinding, zero cutting, and rapid swing upward) can be controlled using
the digital counter.
●The NAG-250 is a "lap grinder" that was developed specifically for use in the lapping process used mainly for optical glass (e.g. prism processing). However, by changing the specifications, it is also very useful for processing hard metals, ceramics, and ferrite.
