Vertical Glass Punching Machine

●This is a 3-D glass drilling machine for cutting out blocks from materials like optical glass, ferrite, granite, ceramic, silicon, etc. using the diamond core drill. The cutting is high precision and very efficient.

	With dual, concentric diamond cutting wheels installed on the wheel spindle, the machine can cut out a doughnut-shaped glass ring from a block of flat plate glass very quickly. Using this method, there is absolutely no off-center inaccuracy.

	A powerful, built-in 22kW motor is used to drive the wheel spindle on the GBV-600, which is designed to handle large objects with a maximum diameter of 600mm and a maximum length of 400mm. By just in putting the control values for the digital counter, grinding operations can be accomplished easily.
