●This
grinding machine is developed for cylinder grinding the outer surface
of large objects made of various materials, including optical glass, ferrite,
sheet glass, granite, ceramic, silicon, etc.
●Since
the axes of the work pieces are vertical, thin work pieces can just be
stacked on top of each other, and no adhesives are necessary. With just
a little manual setup and some machine setting, the machine can rapidly
grind work pieces with much machining allowance into a circular shape.
●The machine can be operated automatically, just by entering the final processing diameter of the material and the cutting depth of a work piece on the NC screen. By repeating a single process using the same conditions, automatic operation is able to offer more stable, fine level finish processing and it is a great labor-saving tool. |
